"Phenomenal! I couldn’t have trusted anyone else w/my vehicle. I love that they are a family owned business. I was in an accident and hit in the front, you would never be able to tell w/all their hard work! Very communicative, and honest w/what needed to be taken care of. "Caesar and his team were amazing. They were truly transparent in all steps of getting our car fixed. The communicated very well and did not leave us wondering. I wish we could say the same about Progressive Insurance but that is another story. Creation Collision handled all the issues that arose with them. "The absolutely best body shop and repair experience I have ever had. I hate to admit I have been in 6 accidents in my life and so I’ve had my share in body shops. I can easily say that this has been the smoothest process. I called Cesar and he immediately jumped into action to help me. He took my towed in vehicle and got to work. He was super informative and walked me through the entire process. He is always updating you and makes sure he takes care of his customers. His staff assured my car was clean and spotless. It looks better than when I picked up from the dealership. I will forever be thankful and 100% recommend this body shop"
