"Accident occurred.
Met with Cesar and his team. From the beginning to the very end. Very informative of plan, cost and possible additional cost. Great communication throughout the time frame of vehicle repair. I feel that Cesar’s customer service went over and beyond on providing all information to ease through the process of repair, with the help of car rental and dates.
As for the vehicle, it looks great as if nothing happen. Lol
