"GREAT experience w this locally-owned business. I’m F25, and definitely unfamiliar w the overall concept of collision repairs (first time collision). I saw many red flags w every other business I studied and acquired a repair estimate from, but Creation Collision was very different. While owner Cesar’s estimate was similar in price to that of others, his estimate provided a MUCH more extensive/quality and easy to understand service plan. He educated me well (both unsolicited and upon my thorough inquiry) regarding my car problems, solutions, and relevant possibilities to consider while providing reasonable recommendations. Cesar’s client contract was simple and fair. I appreciated his overall professionalism and upstanding nature. I felt confident in recruiting his and his crew’s car repair help— his crew’s visual grind making a good impression on me.
Throughout the repair process, Cesar’s crew identified some concealed damage and he communicated this. He thoroughly explored these new issues w me and happily provided quality requested photos of this damage, while offering to give me better perspective in person. Cesar made it simple to amend our contract in light of the reasonable repair estimate increase. I initially informed Cesar that I had a week to get my car fixed, and he assured me he could make this happen in my case. My initial car damage was repaired over the span of about 2.5 days, and my car’s unveiled damage only increased this repair time by about 1.5 days. My car damage looked as good as new upon repair completion— you’d never guess it was in a minor-moderate collision in the week prior. Promises made were promises kept w this shop.
Drop off/pick up was quick, and Cesar seemed willing to accommodate me should I have requested it. He walked through the finished repairs w me, and made payment of my remaining bill easy. FYI the previous down payment he requested/I made was fairly reasonable in amount and also easy to make payment of. I’m very happy w my overall experience at Creation Collision, especially as a cautious first timer regarding collision repair. They’re knowledgeable/skilled, credible, ethical, trustworthy, professional, and hard working. I’m happy to keep this business in mind as a resource should I need collision repair in the future :)"

"Cesar is awesome, very honest, does not offer you shits you don't need. Honesty is hard to find nowadays. I had been to 4 different places which told me I need to replace the door or gave me almost double the price. Cesar quoted me for a realignment and touchup for the scratches without having to repply new paint. Looks brand new when done. On top of that, he even drove the car back to my home since I couldn't find a ride on time. Top notch customer service. Don't waste your time elsewhere this dude is the best."

I had an amazing experience working with Caesar. I brought him my blue Kia Seltos after another shop had completely botched the job. Caesar not only fixed it up perfectly but also helped guide me through the process of getting everything back on track. Thanks to his expertise and support, I was able to successfully trade in my car—which would never have happened without his help.
Because of that, I was able to upgrade to a 2025 Kia Sportage with all the bells and whistles I could ever want. I absolutely love it! Caesar went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate everything he did. Highly recommend his shop if you're looking for honest, quality work and real results!"
